I've been wanting to release a new set of roof top details for at least a year. However, I was never able to get a level of detail and resolution that satisfied me using the 3D printers that I had at the time. So, I put them on the back burner and moved on to other products.
A few months ago, I had the opportunity to procure an SLA resin-based 3D printer: an Anycubic Photon S. Upon receiving it, I decided to dust off the designs of roof details and try them out on the SLA printer. After a few tweeks, I've been very satisfied and excited with the results. The level of details that can be achieved on an SLA printer, even a low end one like mine!
To celebrate the new year (and surviving 2020!), Lyforms Small-Scale is releasing 4 new roof details sets. They are various shapes and forms of exhaust vents. I have listed links to them below. I've also included some photos. Each of them have 4 different sizes.
I hope that they will find a way to your layout!
Happy New Year!
