The convenience store has firmly established itself into the modern day landscape of America. Selling everything from snack foods to gasoline, it fulfills a vital role in our daily routines. This kit contains not only the building but also 4 gas pumps and a canopy to go over the pumps to keep your n-scale citizens protected from the elements.

Features include:

• Gas pumps modeled after those commonly found at gas stations since the mid-90's with a single nozzle and display screen
• Islands on which each gas pump is mounted
• End barriers on both ends of each pump to prevent vehicles from crashing into the pumps
• Poles for each island on which to mount the canopy cover
• Two pole mounted windshield washing stations
• Canopy with support beam details on top
• Store sign on pole with enough space to display the store name along with current gas prices
• Marquee that runs the full length of building front - perfect for bright and colorful signage
• Walls comprised of both brick and siding textures
• Windows running along the front of the building characteristic of many modern era retail structures
• Opening in the base to allow for the addition of interior details and lighting
• Rear door to allow for 360º detailing
• SP009 roof details that include vents, stacks, and 2 A/C units

Parts for kit include 1 base, 1 roof, 4 walls, 1 marquee, 4 gas pumps, 1 gas pump canopy, 1 store sign, clear styrene for windows, and roof details. Assembly instructions with illustrations also included.

Air pump, ice machine, car vacuum, trash cans, sidewalk stands, dumpster, and dumpster enclosure sold separately.

Assembly is required using model glue or plastic cement. Sanding and cutting also required. Parts shipped unpainted. Painting and weathering strongly recommended.
